Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuges
To conserve much of the Basin's remaining wetland habitat, six National Wildlife Refuges have been established; Lower Klamath, Tule Lake, and Clear Lake Refuges in California, and Bear Valley, Upper Klamath, and Klamath Marsh Refuges in southern Oregon. These habitats support diverse and abundant populations of resident and migratory wildlife with 433 species having been observed on or near the Refuges. In addition, each year the Refuges serve as a migratory stopover for about three-quarters of the Pacific Flyway waterfowl, with peak fall concentrations of over 1 million birds.

Lava Beds National Park
Lava Beds National Monument is a land of turmoil, both geological and historical. Over the last half-million years, volcanic eruptions on the Medicine Lake shield volcano created an incredibly rugged landscape punctuated by cinder cones, lava flows, spatter cones, lava tube caves and pit craters. These lava tube caves, of which there are more than 500 in the Monument, are a favorite underground destination for visitors to explore.

The Columbia Forest Products Winter Lights Presented By; COLDWELL BANKER-Holman Premier Realty will spark the imagination of the young and young at heart this holiday season with a spectacular light display in Moore Park from November 23, 2006 to January 1, 2007.
The one mile walking route will contain scenes like no other Southern Oregon light show. Each is a colorful, larger-than-life themed display. In all, there are over 250 lighted display pieces of which 40% are animated.

Chiliquin Oregon
The City of Chiloquin is located at the confluence of the Williamson and Sprague Rivers in the heart of the Three Rivers Recreation area of Klamath County.
